A simple and elegant painted wooden candleholder in British Standard Colour Gunmetal Grey.
The colour of gunmetal grey originated from the dark bluey-grey colour of cannons forged in Europe as early as the 12th Century. The colour became more prevalent as the construction of firearms increased in the 19th Century.
This gorgeous candleholder fits dinner or taper candles and has a black pad on the base to protect table surfaces.
Mix and match with other sizes, adding British Coloured Standard's colourful candles for a spectacular tonal effect.
Handmade in India from waste wooden offcuts that would otherwise have been chipped or burnt.
